Prioritising the wellbeing of every woman.

Supporting women through the seasons of womanhood with individualised and compassionate pelvic health care.

Hi, my name is Rachel Kelly (she/her). I’m passionate about helping women overcome pelvic pain and dysfunction so that they can live life to the fullest.

At Womanhood, my approach centres around providing personalised and empathetic care. I create a safe and supportive space where you can openly share your concerns and feel seen, heard, and cared for.

With a commitment to clinical excellence, I go beyond symptom relief. I focus on finding and treating the underlying cause of your symptoms for lasting results.

Treating you as a whole person, I take the time to understand your individual needs and goals so that, together, we can work to meet them.

I aim to educate and empower you with the knowledge and tools reclaim your body, live life without limitations, and return to the activities you love!

Originally from Ireland, I’m a daughter, sister, wife, pelvic floor physiotherapist, and yoga teacher.

I have five years of clinical experience in private practice from New York City and Copenhagen and employ a holistic whole-person approach to treatment.

I particularly love working with women during pregnancy and postpartum and am passionate about helping women get back to their sports and exercise goals after giving birth.
